Spolu 570 520 eur získalo z Nórskeho finančného mechanizmu a štátneho rozpočtu košické Občianske združenie pre rozvoj celoživotného vzdelávania na projekt Separuje celá obec, ktorý začali realizovať v Košickom a Prešovskom kraji. Nórska veľvyslankyňa prednedávnom navštívila Košice, aby sa na mieste osobne informovala o projektových aktivitách.

Do augusta úplne obnovia vodný mlyn

Na rekonštrukcii starého vodného mlyna vo Velkých Teriakovciach v okrese Rimavská Sobota sa stále pracuje. Na viac ako 200-ročnú pamiatku sa prišla pozrieť aj velvyslankyňa Nórska Trine Skymoen.

Projekt reštaurátorských prác v interiéroch a exteriéroch Reduty je spolufinancovaný z finančného mechanizmu EHP, Nórskeho finančného mechanizmu a štátneho rozpočtu SR. Celkovo má grant výšku 2.240.795 eur, z čoho Nórsko prispieva s viac ako 97 %.

A total of 570,520 EUR has been granted to the Civil Association for Development of Education, which endeavored to educate mayors and students of Eastern Slovakia in the area of waste management. In the end of February, chairman of the civil association Jaroslav Jurčo introduced the project to Norwegian ambassador Trine Skymoen.

The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway in Slovakia, Brit Lovseth, visited historical reconstruction projects at the East Slovak Museum in Košice that are being primarily supported by funds from her country. Reconstruction of the Mikluš Prison and its adjacent executioner’s bastion and flat are receiving €427,000 in assistance from Norway, the SITA newswire reported.

Stožok Sports Centre opens

Stožok Sports Centre is the first project finalized from the first call. The sports centre was opened on the 25 October 2008 by Deputy Premier Dušan Čaplovic. The total value of the project is € 503 695, and the project is 85% financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the EEA Financial Mechanism (equal share).
