Slovaks do not need to apply for residence permits

EEA nationals no longer need to apply for residence permits in Norway. It is sufficient that they register on arrival.
EU/EEA/EFTA countries must register online, at a police station or at a service centre for foreign workers.
If you are an employee from Bulgaria or Romania and have not had a residence permit in Norway in the last 12 months, special transitionals rules apply.
